The standard room has one queen bed in it. Rooms with two queen beds are available. You may have to call the hotel to check for room availability.

All Suites have a pull out sofa in the common room.

Metro Phoenix Area – 20 minutes from the PHX Sky Harbor Airport.

Part 1 Hotel: SpringHill Suites Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center Last day to book January 4, 2025

Part 2 Hotel: March 14-16 room block. Last day to book - February 13

NOTE: Part 2 will be at Residence Inn Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center - all other parts will be at the SpringHill Suites.

The rest are at SpringHill Suites.

Part 3 Hotel: May 1-5 room block.

Part 4 Hotel: July 17-21 room block.

Part 5 Hotel: September 11-15 room block.

Part 6 Hotel: November 13-17 room block.

The CE provided during this course meets the established criteria set forth by the International Examination and Credentialing Board of OVDRA to be applied to eligibility for the FOVDR or COVT and or to be used towards the Maintenance of Certification process for those already certified constituents.
